CAD/CAM MODELIST COURSE

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

The course is aimed to get the student ready for the world of work, by proposing, during the course, exercises directly taken from works realized inside clothing factories. During the course, each student will have a CAD/CAM workstation equipped with ASSYST software. Great attention is paid to all the models editing and control features.
All the subjects related to CAD/CAM are covered, from the model creation to its final placement on the cloth.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The course is aimed to those who have already got the basic modelist qualify, or who have achieved an education or work previous experience.
The admission to the Master depends on the level the student is starting from, evaluated with the teacher through an interview.
For those who are starting from scratch and don’t have any knowledge about modeling, it’s required the attendance to the Base Modelist course first (500 hours) in order to access, then, the Cad/Cam specialization Master of 50 hours.
